Da equipa de animação!
O hotel tem que evoluir, em ter mais coisas para fazer. Limpeza do quarto muito fraca. Nas refeições muitas vezes, como éramos 6 pessoas não juntavam mesas para comer juntos. Não havia comunicação entre staff ( ficamos a andar de um lado para o outro ) Raro haver gelo no restaurante ( diziam que não dava para todos. ) e encontrei muitos colaboradores antipaticos.

Adorei e quando regressar a Salou irei para o mesmo hotel!
O hotel é a 20 minutos a pé do PortAventura o que tornou a nossa deslocação muito fácil. Também é a 15 minutos a pé da praia. O pequeno almoço era muito variado, com muita qualidade e o quarto era muito bom. Tem um supermercado a 2 minutos a pé.
É muito difícil arranjar estacionamento perto do hotel, pois durante a nossa estadia estadia de 5 noites tivemos de deixar o carro bastante distante do hotel. O hotel estava muito cheio e havia filas para entrar na sala do pequeno almoço. No entanto, a espera foi muito curta o que nos agradou bastante, pois os funcionários eram extremamente rápidos e muito eficientes.
